Weld Nuts
A permanent system of fixing a nut, where the nut projections are resistance welded on to the component.
Types of Weld Nuts
Flange & Serrated Flange Nuts
These nuts are integral nut and washer. Saves time, energy and money when used — especially on assembly lines. Additionally, the flange nuts with serration have higher opening torque than plain flange nut.
Cap Nuts
Nut with sheet metal cap, Used to cover ugliness of a protruding bolt and make it more aesthetic.

Lock Nuts
In PT nut, the locking is done by deforming part of the threads. Used where permanent locking required. It is not reusable. 'U' nuts are also a type of locking nut , which has high reusability and high heat withstanding capacity.

Rivet Nuts
Nuts crimped in sheet which is punched in the shape required. Ideal for use on pre painted sheet.The nut can also act as a rivet, where sheets of dissimilar material are riveted together and then another sheet assembled with bolt or screw.

This nut is used to lock the valve tappet screw to the rocker arm. The speciality of this nut is - high thread to face perpendicularity & accurate thread sizing. It is made to customer specification.
