Cold Forged - Short & Long Parts
For larger and more complex components, generally forged and machined then plated or heat-treated, from 25 mm to 180 mm lengths. These parts go into engine, drive train, chassis and auto-electrical modules, and therefore have high criticality in withstanding and transmitting torque. All parts are designed as per the customer drawings.

Switch Housing
A starter solenoid is an electromagnet which is actuated to engage the starter motor of an internal combustion engine. It is normally attached directly to the starter motor which it controls. Its primary function is as the actuating coil of a contactor which connects the battery to the starter motor proper.

Shaft
Armature Shaft
Rigid rod that supports and rotates the armature core and commutator, which transmits mechanical power from the prime mover to the load equipment.

Output Shaft
The output shaft of a vehicle's starter motor is the shaft that has the pinion gear attached to it. Its main application is to engage with the engine's flywheel to spin the crankshaft and start the combustion cycle. After the engine starts, the pinion gear retracts from the flywheel to prevent damage.

Plunger
It is used in solenoid coil assembly and which is located on top of the starter, The Plunger – A mechanism that gets pulled into the solenoid's electromagnet, moving the contact disc and creating a circuit to spin the motor. It also pushes the drive pinion into the flywheel. The Signal (S) Terminal – An input connected to the ignition switch.
Cam Brake
Cam brake is a crucial component of the rear drum brake system in two wheelers, which converts the lever's mechanical input into outward movement of the brake shoes to create friction against the brake drum and slow the wheel.
Weld Pin Nuts
A weld pin nut is a type of fastener designed to weld to another component in an assembly. Weld pin nuts can replace sheet metal screws in thin sheet metal applications. Once welded, they form a powerful bond.
Weld Pin Solid
Weld pin is similar to Weld Screw / Bolt but no thread in pin portion, Pin dia acts as a locator which helps in easy assembly to sheet metal part.

Weld Bush
Weld bushes are generally used to guide locating pin (or) moving pin, Bushes are having Projection legs which is helping to connect assembly part through welding.
